Getting Addicted To McDonald's Spicy Korean Burger

Hye there!

I know it's been awhile but I've been busy with work/campaigns/freelance jobs, so I do sincerely apologise for the long wait.

Before I start off today's post, I would like to show my gratitude towards all of those who have been keeping track of all my posts and kept on coming back for more. Without you, I highly doubt I would have been able to hit the 100,000 visitors marker.

This was actually one of my goals of 2017, and you, my dearest reader, made it happen! Thank you so much for that!

I promise to write more interesting topics on top of creating creative videos along the way. ^^

Okay, so back to today's thought on the McDonald's New Spicy Korean Burger. You must've already known how much I am influenced by everything Korean, thus it's not surprising for me to be swept up in the trend of this new burger.

At first, I only wanted to try it simply because it was themed around Korea, but after having the first few bites, I was completely sold!

I only got to try the Spicy Korean Burger two weeks after it was officially launched, however, within a mere two weeks, I am already on my 5th chow-down-time with this burger.

I am literally addicted to the spiciness of it and I can proudly say that I will continue to eat this burger until the promo is over.

Foodie me just loves the fact that each succulent bite is oozing with the spicy sauce, cheesy goodness and the specially marinated beef patty. I swear when I have my own kitchen, I am going to try and replicate this into a dish!

Personally, I used to hate when burgers are over 'drenched' with sauces but this burger right here deserves a mini-award for drenching my hands with spicy juices. Instead of wiping it off, I now have the habit of licking back my palms and wrists, if the sauce spills. LOL

I do wish that they had a chicken version of this because then many other people who don't eat beef can try it out too.

On another note, I love the 'Slurpee' that it comes with even though they usually run out of it or the ice machine isn't working but I am not a big fan of crispy fries.

I tend to swap that crispy fries to the regular fries. It would have been nice if all of it was properly cooked, unfortunately, each time I ate them, a few pieces would always be stuck together, and the 'area' that it is stuck would not be cooked. That's a big turn off for me.

Anyways, I will be doing more food tasting and sharing my thoughts with you about it, so do keep a look out for those if you are foodie just like me.

Do let me know what do you think of the McDonald's Spicy Korean Burger, is it worth the hype or it's just another burger to you? And let me know if there are any other foods that you would like me to try out in the comment box below.

Sincerely,
Absolute Yana
