The Butterfly Project x Yana : B&Soap Colouring Paints Pack

Hye there!

Today we are going to get in touch with our crafty side! I don't know whether you know this or not, but a Korean cosmetic company called B&Soap just came out with an ingenious way of applying a face mask.

Now we all know that our face doesn't exactly have only one problem but rather certain areas of our face requires different attention. So, what B&Soap came up with is a range of different facial masks that can be applied on the face at the EXACT SAME TIME!

And what is interesting about this product is that it allows you to even mix things up in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.

What am I talking about? Well, it's no other that the B&Soap Colouring Paints Pack. Yes, you got that right, PAINTS PACK!

It doesn't only sound like it, it even looks like it! The iconic paint tubes, a paint brush and the paint palette that is all so necessary for getting crafty.

Don't worry, its's not just different colours with the same function. Here are what each colour represents and functions as a face mask:

WHITE: Replenishes moisture and locks moisture by creating a protective layer
YELLOW: Brightens up dull and fatigued skin
RED: Energises and revitalises fatigued skin
GREEN: Soothes irritated skin and alleviates skin problems
BLACK: Pore tightening, blackhead and sebum control

I, in particular, had a so much fun painting my face this morning, though I had to admit that my first attempt at drawing flowers failed so I attempted another flower themed look, just for fun.

First, let me start off with pointing out my troubled areas and show you which paint mask corrects which areas.

Do take note that I mixed Yellow and Red for my chin area.

Now that's one complicated map, don't you think so too?

Anyways, after washing off all the paint masks, I am pretty impressed with the Black and Yellow paints! I probably would start painting my whole face black as I found out that it really helps to get rid of up to almost all the gunks that were on my nose area.

I tried pinching my nose to see how much gunk was left and to my surprise, I just could not press out any. And I am talking about pressing till my nose became red kind of pressing.

As for the yellow, I would definitely use it to ultimately get rid of my dark circles because it significantly toned down the dark patches under my eyes. Guess who is going to end up looking like a bee for the next few weeks? Me!

With all honesty, I thought this was just like a gimmick but these paints actually really work. I am truly impressed. Would definitely recommend it to you, especially if you have a thing for arts.

And just for the fun of it, here's my floral look...though I feel like I kind of failed since my initial idea didn't work out. T.T

What do you think of this product? Is it just gimmicky for you or would you give it a try? Let me know in the comment box below!

Till the next post, see you!

    1. I actually used the Green for the Pimple Hangout Spot...I didn't used the White because I felt like my face have enough moisture at the moment and it just needs more of colour correction and products that can avoid pimples from 'spawning'...

  17. Early pages could have huge size layouts (being less demanding to kids coloring pages in) which could then advance to littler diagrams which would be all the more difficult to shading in.
