Do you ship overseas?
Yes we do! We deliver to most countries around the world.
We do have a flat rate for international shipments, however do note that if your purchase has surpassed our average items per order (in terms of total weight determined by FlexiPack) additional fees may be applied.
Don't worry, our team will get in touch with you within 2-3 days of your purchase to confirm further details.
Processing & Delivery Time
Processing orders would take 1-7 working days.
For local delivery, it would take 1-3 working days.
For international delivery timing would differ depending on the country of destination; usually 7-14 working days.
Please do take note, that orders will be sent out on Wednesdays and Fridays, except for public holidays.
Tax and Custom Fees?
Please note that any custom fees, taxes and other miscellaneous fees after the package has been delivered would be the recipient's responsibility.
We do not collect tax or additional fees (aside from shipping cost) for overseas orders as the rates differ depending on countries and states. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Refund & Return Policy

Unfortunately we will not be able to process returns & refunds. However, if you have any issue with the items upon receiving them, we will try our best to help.

Yes it is possible to add on more items to your order, if your package has not been mailed out yet! Contact us immediately and we will try to update your order.

Received Damaged or Wrong Items?
Do contact us regarding your issue! Any product that was wrongly delivered will be replaced in your next order or refunded.
We ensure that we pack our items safely and well protected. However, under any unforeseen circumstance that any item received is damaged, we will try our best to refund the item should we deem is our fault.
